Gardener

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and enhance the appearance of the sezonier.ro headquarters' garden and outdoor areas.
2. Perform regular lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and watering.
3. Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure healthy growth and visual appeal.
4. Identify and address any plant diseases, pests, or other issues affecting the health of the garden.
5. Perform general upkeep tasks, such as raking leaves, removing debris, and maintaining garden tools and equipment.
6. Collaborate with the sezonier.ro team to develop and implement seasonal landscape designs and plans.
7. Ensure the garden and outdoor areas are always safe and accessible for employees and visitors.
8. Provide occasional assistance with indoor plant care and maintenance.
9. Follow eco-friendly gardening practices and contribute to the sustainability efforts of sezonier.ro.

  Requirements:

1. Passion for gardening, with or without prior experience in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field.
2. Basic knowledge of plants and garden maintenance practices, or a willingness to learn quickly.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
6. Basic understanding of safety regulations and procedures for gardening work, or a willingness to learn.
7. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
