Use of the Platform seasonal.work provides an online platform that helps seasonal jobseekers discover opportunities and helps employers, recruiters, hospitality operators, farms, camps, resorts, agencies, and other hiring organisations post seasonal roles, discover candidates, and manage hiring-related communications. You may use seasonal.work only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Fair Recruitment Policy, our Job Posting Rules, and any additional terms that apply to candidates, employers, paid services, or specific platform features. Candidates may use the platform to create a profile, browse jobs, apply to roles, receive alerts, communicate with employers, and access optional career-support tools. Employers may use the platform to create an employer profile, post jobs, review candidates, contact candidates, manage applications, and purchase optional paid services, subject to our Employer Terms and Job Posting Rules. You must not use seasonal.work to post false or misleading information, collect data without permission, charge candidates illegal or unfair fees, discriminate unlawfully, promote unsafe work, impersonate another person or organisation, or use the platform for fraud, scams, harassment, spam, or any unlawful purpose. seasonal.work may suspend or remove accounts, job posts, profiles, messages, or other content that violate these Terms, our policies, applicable law, or the safety of our users.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site and all information, content, materials, products, and services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Site are the property of Seasonal.Work or its content providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Seasonal.Work shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Romania.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Seasonal.Work reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, Seasonal.Work will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Seasonal.Work's sole discretion.
