The AEWV is generally valid for up to 5 years. However, for those earning below the median wage in exempt sectors, the maximum stay may be shorter (e.g., 2 or 3 years) followed by a 12-month stand-down period.
Can I bring my family?
Yes. You can support visas for your partner and dependent children. Note that partner work rights are now restricted to working for Accredited Employers at the median wage unless the primary holder is in a Green List role.
