Can I qualify without the S$30,000 salary?

Yes, if you have 'outstanding achievements' in the fields of arts and culture, sports, science and technology, or academia and research. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis by MOM.

What are the renewal criteria?

To renew for another 5 years, you must earn at least S$30,000 on average over the 5-year period in Singapore, or have founded a company that employs 5 locals (earning S$5,000+).

How long is the processing time?

The ONE Pass involves stricter background checks. Expect 4-8 weeks for a final decision.
